Rodeo has been part of our Western Heritage for well over a century and an influential part of Las Vegas history. Over the past 20 years, the influx of city dwellers from other suburban areas has over shadowed the western lifestyle. Through the sport of Rodeo, these newcomers can get up close and personal with cowboys and cowgirls that live and hold fast this heritage and lifestyle.
All proceeds and monies from competitors, spectators, sponsors and donors to Western Heritage and Education, Inc. go to participating scholarship recipients, as well as enabling us to continue producing quality events.
